The Interlink wallet is the self-custody home for everything you earn and hold on the Interlink Network. It stores your ITL and ITLG coin, mirrors your mining rewards from verified check-ins, and is the starting point for swap, send, and receive actions once they're live for your account.
Because it's self-custody, you hold the keys — a 12 or 24-word backup phrase generated when you first set up the wallet. Interlink Labs never stores that phrase and cannot recover it for you, so back it up offline and keep it away from screenshots, cloud notes, or anyone claiming to be "support."

What is the Interlink wallet?
The Interlink wallet is the self-custody wallet built for the Interlink Network by Interlink Labs. It holds your ITL and ITLG coin, shows your mining rewards, and is where swap and withdrawal actions start once they're enabled for your account.
Why does my wallet balance show as asterisks?
Balances are hidden behind asterisks by default as a privacy measure, similar to how a banking app hides your balance on a lock screen. Use the reveal icon next to Total Balance to show the figure, and hide it again before handing your phone to someone else.
How do I connect, log in, or register my Interlink wallet?
Use Interlink login to sign in to an existing wallet. New members register from the same page to join the Interlinked Network, complete verification, and generate their wallet.

Is the Interlink wallet non-custodial and safe to use?
Yes — it's designed as a self-custody wallet, meaning you control your own keys and backup phrase. Interlink Labs cannot recover a wallet for you if its backup phrase is lost, so store it offline and never share it with anyone, including messages claiming to be support for the Interlink network.
Why does the price in my wallet differ from other trackers?
The ITL price shown here is an indicative IOU figure, not a live exchange quote, since ITL and ITLG are not yet listed on a confirmed exchange. BTC, ETH, SOL, and USDT prices refresh from public market data and can lag slightly behind other sources.
Common Interlink wallet issues, solved
Balance stuck on *****
Tap the reveal icon next to Total Balance. If nothing happens, refresh the wallet home screen or confirm you're logged into the correct account.
Wallet not syncing / balance shows $0
Pull to refresh, check your connection, and confirm any pending mining check-ins have settled. Balances can take a few minutes to reflect after a claim.
Can't connect wallet
Make sure you're signed in through login first — a wallet only connects to a verified account. Clear the app cache and try again if the connect button doesn't respond.
Backup phrase lost or not saved
If your backup phrase was never written down, the wallet cannot be recovered — this is the tradeoff of self-custody. Always save a new phrase offline the moment a wallet is created.
Transaction pending or not arriving
Check the History tab for status before assuming funds are lost. Network congestion can delay confirmation; verify the receiving address matches exactly before contacting support.
Price or chart not loading
Live figures need an active connection to refresh. If prices look frozen, reload the page — the wallet will fall back to the last known values automatically while it retries.
