"Connect Wallet to Swap" doesn't respond
Make sure you're logged in first — a wallet only connects once your account exists. Clear the app cache and retry if the button still doesn't respond.
Rate or price looks frozen
Tap the refresh icon at the top of the card, or reload the page. Live prices need an active connection and retry automatically in the background.
Transaction reverted from slippage
A revert usually means the price moved past your slippage tolerance. Try a slightly higher tolerance, or retry when the market is calmer.
Insufficient balance to swap
Confirm your wallet balance covers both the swap amount and the network fee. Mining rewards that haven't settled yet won't count toward your available balance.
Wrong token selected
Use the token dropdown on either side to change what you pay or receive. If both sides show the same token, the other side will switch automatically to keep the pair valid.
Price differs from another site
The ITL figure here is an indicative IOU price, not a live exchange quote, so it won't match trackers that assume a listing exists. Other assets can lag slightly depending on refresh timing.
