Document upload rejected
Make sure all four corners of your ID are visible, the photo isn't blurry, and there's no glare across the text before resubmitting.
Verification stuck on pending
Manual review can take longer during high-volume periods. Submitting a second application while one is already pending will not speed up review and can cause delays.

Wallet limits didn't update after verification
Limit updates can take a few minutes to sync after confirmation. Refresh your wallet home screen, and check that your KYCPort status shows as confirmed rather than pending.
Suspicious verification requests
Interlink Labs will never ask for your wallet backup phrase or a payment to "speed up" KYCPort. Report and ignore any message that does.
